- The InfraGard North Texas Members Alliance (NTInfraGard) is a non-profit corporation, as defined by 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas that has a primary non-profit purpose of focusing on increasing the security of the United States national infrastructures through ongoing exchanges of information relevant to infrastructure protection and through education, outreach, and related efforts to increase the awareness of infrastructure protection. NTInfraGard is not a government agency. "InfraGard" or "the InfraGard program" refers to a cooperative effort that includes the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the private sector. The private sector component of "InfraGard" is represented nationally by the National InfraGard Members Alliance (INMA), and locally by the InfraGard Members Alliances throughout the country like NTInfraGard. To the extent allowed by law, non-member use of the materials and graphics contained in NTInfraGard is prohibited without the written permission of NTInfraGard. All service marks and trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners. "InfraGard" is a service mark of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Reg. No. 2,230,458. The InfraGard service mark may only be used with FBI approval.
