Explore their biographies below and learn more about the professionals sharing their knowledge and experience at this year’s conference.
Eric Bowerman
Chief Information Security Officer, DFW International Airport
Eric Bowerman is a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer with more than 28 years of experience in Cybersecurity. Eric has excelled working in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Defense, Technology, and currently the Transportation sector at DFW International Airport. Eric holds a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University, as well as CISSP and CISM professional certifications.
Brian G. Redburn
Chief of Police, DFW International Airport
Brian is the police chief at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, which is the world’s fourth busiest airport. The DFW Airport Police Department is a highly specialized, full-service agency with 223 sworn officers.
Prior to his appointment as chief, Brian retired from the Irving Police Department as an assistant police chief. During his 26 years at Irving PD, he led all three department bureaus and served in a variety of supervisory and command capacities, including Patrol, Personnel, Internal Affairs, Special Operations, Criminal Investigations, and Administrative Services.
Brian is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of Texas. He completed his undergraduate education at Florida State University in Tallahassee, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Political Science. In 2013, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law), where he was a member of Law Review and finished in the top ten percent of his graduating class.
Brian is a certified instructor and has presented to law enforcement personnel from throughout the United States on topics such as internal affairs investigations, employee rights, First Amendment issues, and crisis response liability.
Josh Cousins
Assistant Chief of Police, DFW International Airport
As Assistant Chief of Police for the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Josh Cousins is currently responsible for the Special Operations Division. These responsibilities include overseeing the department’s Bomb Squad, Canine teams, SWAT, Traffic Enforcement, Drone Operations, Hostage Negotiations, Real Time Crime Center, Police Training, and Police Recruiting. Josh has been with DFW Airport since 2010.
Josh enlisted in the U.S. Army as an M1A1 Abrams tank crewman in 2000. He was deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004 to 2006, where he was attached to a U.S. Navy EOD Team as security team leader. Josh was also assigned as Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of a Joint Operation Center responsible for security and logistics for central Iraq. Josh is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and holds a Master of Arts degree in national security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Public Administration at Valdosta State University, GA.
Josh is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives. He has partnered with many leaders at several other airport police and security agencies, including the Israel Airports Authority in Tel Aviv, the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority in Washington D.C., and the New York/New Jersey Port Authority, to adapt and model improved security and law enforcement initiatives for policing major metropolitan airports. He has recently been heavily involved in counter-UAS operations and policymaking, including speaking internationally, being a member of the CUAS Critical Infrastructure Coalition, and serving as Chairman of the FIFA World Cup North Texas aviation safety and security expert planning team.
Gary Landers
Chief of Police, City of Euless
Euless Chief of Police Gary Landers started his distinguished career with the City of Euless in July 1990 as a Public Service Officer and has since advanced through various ranks, including Corporal, Sergeant, Captain, and Assistant Chief.
With over 34 years in the Euless Police Department, Chief Landers is knowledgeable in every aspect of the department.
Chief Landers is a Trinity High School graduate, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration and several professional certifications and licenses, including Master Peace Officer and TCOLE Instructor. He has also served as the Commander of the Child Abduction Response Team and as a member of the Euless Police Department Honor Guard. Additionally, he is a graduate of the School of Police Supervision and the Command Management College at The Institute for Law Enforcement Administration.
Eric Roman
Deputy Chief, Dallas Police Department
Deputy Chief Eric Roman is a 24-year law enforcement veteran of the Dallas Police Department where he is currently leading the Tactical Investigations Group, providing executive oversight for specialized investigative and tactical operations.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has held key leadership positions, including Unit Commander for Gang, Missing Persons, Assaults, and Sex Assaults Units; Watch Commander for Southeast and Southwest Patrol Divisions; and Division Commander overseeing SWAT, Narcotics, Fugitive, Traffic, and Project Safe Neighborhood Units.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Deputy Chief Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Information Science from the University of North Texas. He is a Texas Master Peace Officer, certified Defensive Tactics Instructor, Mental Health Officer, TCOLE Basic Instructor, and trained Hostage Negotiator.
Ronnie Craver
Board Member, North Texas InfraGard Members Alliance
Charles “Ronnie” Craver has a long career in fraud investigations, intelligence coordination, insider threats, public-sector oversight, and analytics, with more than five decades of experience across state government, insurance investigations, and national-infrastructure protection.
Mr. Craver attended UNT, where he majored in Psychology and Sociology. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and holds credentials as a Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS) and Situation Awareness Specialist (SAS). He is a Past President of the Fraud Investigators Association of Texas (FIAT), serves on the Board of Directors of North Texas InfraGard, and is a Lifetime Member of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association.
Eric Pisconski
Senior Manager, Threat Assessment & Workplace Violence, American Airlines
Eric Pisconski is a seasoned law enforcement and corporate security leader with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral and insider threat assessment, crisis management, workplace violence prevention, and enterprise security operations. He has led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex high-risk incidents, and developed enterprise threat assessment frameworks that strengthen business continuity and reduce organizational risk.
Eric is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). His experience includes authoring insider and behavioral threat assessment operations guides, workplace violence response protocols, crisis intervention and de-escalation training modules, presenting at numerous national conferences, and providing expert consultation on civil and criminal cases involving de-escalation and use of force.
Eric retired as a Lieutenant with the Seattle Police Department, where he commanded the Crisis Response Unit and served as a subject matter expert specializing in crisis intervention and tactical de-escalation. The guidelines he developed were adopted by the DOJ for national training models, and his expertise has informed policy and practice at both the state and national levels.
Ryan Randall
Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation
Special Agent Ryan Randall has been the Crisis Management Coordinator for the Dallas Division since 2020 and has had the opportunity to be part of the safety and security planning process for many high-profile events in the area. In his role as Crisis Management Coordinator, SA Randall is responsible for ensuring that the Dallas FBI is prepared to respond in the event of unplanned critical incidents and advise division leadership during the FBI response.
SA Randall has been with the FBI for over 20 years and was previously assigned to investigate human trafficking and complex financial crimes. SA Randall is also a certified Crisis Negotiator and a member of the FBI Child Abduction Rapid Deployment Team.
Taylor Goff
Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation
Special Agent Taylor Goff joined the FBI in 2023 after spending seven years in the United States Navy. Within FBI Dallas, SA Goff works National Security matters and was heavily involved in Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) efforts during the 2026 World Cup tournament.
