Our third branch of government, the judiciary, acts as a check and balance to the legislative and executive branches. Every critical infrastructure sector relies on the Judicial Branch and on the associations which make the Judicial Branch function. This presentation delves into the historical role bar associations have played and the role they continue to play in the digital age.
