Conference Details
- Date: August 13, 2026
- Breakfast & Networking: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
- Conference Program: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: DFW Airport Department of Public Safety
- Networking Happy Hour: Immediately following the conference at an offsite location
Involvement with the community is important, and a limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations that wish to participate. All sponsors receive the following:
- Premium branding, exhibitor booth, and highlighted recognition during the event
- Logo on website and in virtual program
- Social media shout-outs
- Opportunity to include swag or promotional items for attendees
- Opportunity to provide a raffle gift and participate in the on-stage delivery
- Contact information for attendees who opt in to share their information with sponsors
- Complimentary conference registrations (number based on sponsor level, entered after selecting sponsor level below)
