There is currently an open seat on the North Texas Members Alliance Board of Directors and our intention is to hold an election in March to add a new board member for 2020. The Infragard National Members Alliance (INMA) bylaws state that half of the local board must be elected “at large” by the members in good standing. A member in “good standing” has been defined as a current InfraGard member that has paid their dues to the North Texas chapter. The election will be electronic and will be distributed after nominations are received. The Board Member will serve a three (3) year term.
Members may be nominated by the following two (2) ways:
- Nomination by another member in good standing
