The CEO of Trust Farm, LLC, Allen Phelps, spent almost 20 years with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where he was tasked with recruiting scientists and researchers. William “Bo” Vastine will be presenting on how vulnerable insiders can be to elicitation, compromises, and recruitment that Allen Phelps observed while in the CIA.
