Secretary – Responsible for recording minutes at monthly board member meetings, management and reconciliation of North Texas IMA document repository, upload documentation to InfraGard National. Collaborate with General Counsel to ensure all required documentation is maintained. Is a Voting member of the board.
New Member Engagement – Voting Board Member. Develop and implement a New Member Engagement initiative/working group to address the following objectives:
- Onboarding and training of new North Texas IMA members
- Engage new members and connect them with Sector Chiefs
- Identify opportunities to increase communications, engagement and enthusiasm with new members
