Experts from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, U.S. Customs & Border Protection, Naval Sea Systems Command, U.S. Copyright Office, International Trade Administration, Homeland Security Investigations/National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center, U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Small Business Administration will present.
Seminar topics will include: recent trends in counterfeit electronic parts, reporting IP violations, protecting your business from Trade Secret Theft-The Insider Threat and the current foreign threat, protecting your intellectual property in export markets, protecting your intellectual property in online market, financial solutions for IP, protecting your intellectual property in the U.S. and recording your Copyright and Trademark with Customs.
One-on-One meetings-One-on-one meetings will be available for participants to meet with the speakers to discuss IP issues.
On-site recordation/registration-On-site recordation will be made available by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). CBP staff and U.S. Copyright Office staff will provide guidance through the online recordation/registration process.
