During his tenure\, Mike has been responsible for transforming the Rent-A-Center technology team into a world-class technolo gy organization that fosters innovation and operational excellence with th e goal to evolve the customer experience and value proposition for their c onsumers.\n\nPrior to Rent-A-Center\, he served as senior partner at the i nnovation firm\, 2THEDGE. Mike was responsible for developing and leading the Information Security Practice\, while also helping some of the world ’s largest companies transform their traditional products and services t hrough the leveraging of next-generation capabilities.
