 About Our Speakers\n\nMike Santimaw is the Senior Vice President and Chief
  Information Officer at Rent-A-Center. One of the nation’s largest rent-
 to-own retailers operating in 2400 locations between their corporate and f
 ranchised owned stores. During his tenure\, Mike has been responsible for 
 transforming the Rent-A-Center technology team into a world-class technolo
 gy organization that fosters innovation and operational excellence with th
 e goal to evolve the customer experience and value proposition for their c
 onsumers.\n\nPrior to Rent-A-Center\, he served as senior partner at the i
 nnovation firm\, 2THEDGE. Mike was responsible for developing and leading 
 the Information Security Practice\, while also helping some of the world
 ’s largest companies transform their traditional products and services t
 hrough the leveraging of next-generation capabilities. Mike has also held 
 senior leadership positions at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals\, a fortune 500
  pharmaceutical company\, and BDP International\, a leading privately held
  global transportation and logistics management firm.\n\nMike lives in McK
 inney\, Texas\, where he and his wife\, Dawn\, of 21 years are raising the
 ir two daughters.\n\nAs the current VP and CISO for Rent-A-Center\, Jason 
 is responsible for providing leadership and information security advice\, 
 governance\, and subject-matter expertise to the company’s extensive glo
 bal team of technical operations staff who administer critical distributed
  information systems.\n\nJason has more than 20 years of information secur
 ity and IT leadership experience\, focusing on enterprise security managem
 ent\, regulatory compliance\, information security program development\, a
 nd enterprise security technologies. Before Rent-A-Center\, Jason was VP o
 f Business Application Cyber Security for Onapsis. Before that\, he held V
 P &amp\; CISO roles for Fossil Group\, Signet Jewelers\, Cerner Corporatio
 n\, and he was SVP &amp\; Global Information Security Officer for Citi.
