 ng in a Compromised Computing Environment\n\n\nSpecial Agent Miguel A. Cla
 rke has been employed with the FBI for more than 18 years. He is a graduat
 e of the University of Kansas and joined the FBI in 1998. Special Agent Cl
 arke investigated Major Drug Trafficking Organizations\, Violent Crimes an
 d Multi-national Gangs before joining the National Security Squad in 2000.
  In 2001\, SA Clarke joined the newly-created Cyber Squad. His primary res
 ponsibility was investigating criminal computer intrusions within the Nort
 hern District and Eastern District of Texas.\nIn 2004\, SA Clarke began wo
 rking National Security cyber cases\, exclusively. He was the primary case
  agent for the United States’ efforts to protect the F-35 Joint Strike F
 ighter from broad-spectrum\, Cyber-Counterintelligence threats (hostile fo
 reign governments). In 2008 he was promoted and served at the National Cyb
 er Investigative Joint Task Force in the Washington\, D. C. area. SSA Clar
 ke returned to Dallas to start a dedicated National Security Cyber Squad f
 or FBI Dallas. In this role\, he assembled and led a successful\, high-fun
 ctioning\, Cyber Squad which successfully mitigated numerous classified th
 reats to the national information infrastructure. After more than 7 years 
 as a supervisor\, SA Clarke returned to the Cyber Squad to investigative d
 uties in order to directly support the FBI’s efforts to detect and mitig
