The Board of Directors of the North Texas InfraGard Chapter is comprised of a diverse group of professionals who have devoted their careers to the security of the Nation in both the public and private sector. Board members serve in a voluntary capacity and are committed to making our Nation safer against attacks on its critical infrastructure by improving the opportunities, avenues, and venues in which our members establish trusted relationships and share threat, prevention, and mitigation information. Board membership is voluntary; however, North Texas InfraGard represents a working board and as such, requires a commitment of talent, time and attention by all members to be effective.
There are currently several open seats on the North Texas Members Alliance Board of Directors and our intention is to hold an election in June. The InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA) bylaws state that half of the local board must be elected “at large” by the members in good standing. A member in “good standing” has been defined as a current InfraGard member that has paid the current year dues to the North Texas chapter. To be considered for office, you must also be a current InfraGard member in good standing who has been an InfraGard Member for at least 3 months prior to taking office. The election will be electronic and will be distributed after nominations are received. The Board Member will serve a three (3) year term.
Members may be nominated by the following two (2) ways:
Nomination by another member in good standing
Or
Self-Nomination
All Nominations must be submitted by 5:00 pm CDT, Tuesday, May 31, 2022. If you have trouble with the submission process, please use our website contact form for assistance: https://www.ntinfragard.org/contact/
Please see the link below to the North Texas InfraGard Members Alliance board member nominations form.
Thank you very much for your attention to this important election procedure.
